Intel pledges 80 cores in five years
Sure it won't run anything the x86 can run now, but if it could it would run 1.3 times faster and 80 or more of them simultaneously... Right? Right.Not interested in the multi-threaded bliss? Maybe we should just go for the 6ghz chip, need that extra edge on your MMORPG? I'm not sure what to do with these yet besides calculate the mass of everything, but it's neeto.
