Criminal reformation

South Africa has been declared the most dangerous country on the planet which is not in war. With a whopping 15 thousand murders in 9 months.

One group in South Africa was once using the usual of punishing criminality through whatever treatment they thought correct, jailing, brutality and humiliation.

But recently head of this security force, Francis Kelechi Nwaneri learned of Dianetics he found in it the root of the a number of criminal activities he was seeing through his area. He had his entire force read Dianetics: The Modern Science of Mental Health and have since dropped the use of all the technology they knew didn't work and began utilizing the technology of Dianetics and reforming criminals to be member of society.
