Does you packet go first, or does mine?
"Net neutrality," the argument of whether or not they will allow providers to queue up the guy who's not paying as much.

While the argument on this is heated between a few vested interests, we could use the fiberoptics instead of bickering or miniscule points of politics. The cable has been laid through most of America and is not being used becausee you don't have to maintain brass as much.
